This surreal view was captured when reaching the finishing point of my 3D2N trekking from Kalaw to Inle Lake. I happened to pass by a bridge overlooking this bamboo canal.
Inle Lake is one of the most beautiful lake I have seen in South East Asia.
The fisherman at Inle Lake wraps one leg around the oar while the other stands on the stern.
Everything revolves around water activities in Inle Lake. Look how the locals commute to and fro the market areas.

You made it Farah! How was the journey? Can’t wait to hear your stories 🙂
Yes!! I don’t quite like Yangon. But Inle Lake and Bagan are beautiful.
Can’t wait to read the rest of your Burmese entry. I love the view of the bamboo canal!
